All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, and are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will be dispatched via your selected shipping method (standard or express).
During sale or promotional periods, dispatch may take an additional 3-7 business days.
