At LeAurelienne Jewellery, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns on eligible orders within Australia for up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, gift cards, pierced earrings (for health and safety reasons), and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage (e.g., broken chains or bent rings).

How to Lodge a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at leaurelienne@gmail.com. Once approved, ship your item to us using a registered/traceable postal service. Please note, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes

• Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
• Credit Notes: Receive an additional 10% bonus on top of the order value when opting for a credit note.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return for processing.

Return Shipping

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item qualifies under our warranty policy. For all returns, we recommend using registered/traceable post for security.
